Let's peel one layer at a time and talk about 3 tips to flow in self-awareness.
#1- Let your values set a marker for you. What are your values? 

#2- Recognize the signals at the moment. When you are hurt, frustrated, stressed, overwhelmed, happy, content, passionate (any of these emotions gives signals). In the flow of self-awareness take time to see what triggers that feeling, thought, or behavior.  Ask “What is causing me to feel this way?” Get to the why behind it.

#3- Get comfortable with being uncomfortable asking yourself “what” questions to lead you into introspection.
